One account from website to game
- Sign in on the website
Use the Obsidian account for the character that should receive the reward.
- Choose an available provider
Open the provider through the Vote page and complete its voting process. Only a verified callback counts; opening the link alone is not a vote reward.
- Claim at the Grand Exchange
Talk to the Vote Manager at home and choose Claim-tickets. Verified votes become physical Vote Tickets.
- Spend tickets
Choose Rewards on the same NPC to open the ticket shop. Voting and task points are separate currencies.
If a reward is not ready
Allow the provider to verify the vote, confirm you used the correct account and check its cooldown. Do not repeat a vote expecting duplicate tickets. Account and reward help explains how to contact support without sharing a password.
