Use your website account in game
Create and confirm your Obsidian website account, then sign in to the client with that account. If a confirmation link has expired, use Resend confirmation email on the sign-in page. Never send your password or email confirmation token to another player.
Client updates
The Windows launcher includes Java and checks for updates. Close the client and relaunch through it after a client update. Standalone JAR users must download the latest JAR themselves. New-player guide covers your first in-game steps.
Missing votes or purchases
Include your character name, provider or order reference, approximate time and a description of the problem. Never include a card number, password or private API key. Opening a vote provider or returning from checkout does not bypass verification.
