Melee pressure from giants and cyclopes. Obor marks your tile before a crushing slam; move away within three ticks.
Reward pool: Coins, supplies, rare equipment, 2 Cracked Sigils and 1 Minor Sigil(s).
Waterbirth cavern · combat 85
Drowned Cavern
Mixed dagannoths, then Dagannoth Prime. Protect from Magic and move away from marked tidal surges.
Reward pool: Coins, supplies, rare equipment, 4 Cracked Sigils and 2 Minor Sigil(s).
TzHaar arena · combat 105
Infernal Crucible
Mixed melee, ranged and magic waves. Read Jad's animations to switch prayers. Kill his healers at half health.
Reward pool: Coins, supplies, rare equipment, 6 Cracked Sigils and 3 Minor Sigil(s).
Buried Kharidian sanctum · combat 115
Fractured Sanctum
Bring strong ranged or magic gear, protection prayers and supplies. Shardguards use melee; Channelers use magic; Rangers use ranged. Mixed waves require target priority and prayer switches. Veyr and the Null Seer deal reduced damage through correct prayers. Veyr attacks every four ticks with two-tick magic/ranged warnings. Below 67% health, move two tiles from each marked fracture within two ticks. Below 34%, kill his Channelers quickly to stop their healing while dodging faster fractures.
Reward pool: Coins, supplies, rare equipment, 8 Cracked Sigils and 4 Minor Sigil(s).
Prepare at the Grand Exchange
Open Journey, choose Next Steps, then Expeditions. Select a route, invite friends if you wish, prepare supplies and mark ready before departure. Rewards follow an eligible completion, not simply entering.
Combat level is an entry minimum, not a guarantee that your equipment or experience is sufficient. Ironman modes remain subject to their existing reward and trading rules.
